The Firm

Accounts Serve, LLC is located in Bensalem, PA, serving entire Bucks County and beyond. Accounts Serve serves both individuals and businesses and specializes in providing tax preparation, tax planning, tax audits, bookkeeping, payroll, business planning and public notary services. Account Serve also specialize in various areas of business operations. One of the areas being inventory management for distribution and wholesale as well as retail business models. We understand the importance and necessities of lines of credit for inventory management and daily business operations. We can help develop cost layers that allows to understand product’s landed cost and cycle count process to maintain inventory accuracy. Our services are further extended to companies by assisting them identifying slow moving and obsolete inventory, and offer solutions to improve liquidity from slow moving and obsolete inventory. Another such area is merchant accounts review allowing our clients to maintain best possible merchant account rate.

Bhaven Shah, E.A., MBA is a principle member of Accounts Serve, LLC and is a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). He has earned his Bachelors in Business Administration – Finance in 2003 and Masters in Business Administration – Finance in 2006. He is also an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized by US Deptartment of Treasury to represent taxpayers’ before Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In 2004, he began his career working in mutual funds at SEI. From 2006 to 2009, he worked in hedge funds for Viteos Funds Services. While working in investment accounting, Bhaven developed his skills in individual and business taxation and started tax preparation and tax planning for individuals and business entities. Since then, he has been providing tax advice, tax preparation, bookkeeping, audit assistance, payroll and public notary services for individuals and small businesses. He is also specialized in various areas of business operations such as inventory management for distribution and wholesale as well as retail business models.
